None IMO. They're not balanced whatsoever. It are especially the graphics which are useful to create your own factions.

I figured as such. Are any of them good story-wise? Most of them seem lame. Magic? Agriculturalists? Planetary Health Service?

Interestingly enough, my modulated voice is used for at least 2, possibly three of the factions... Networknode was an excellent guy!
