Map Problem

Alright. I just made a map...I made the map, and the blasted thing suddenly decides to wash over all of the land below about 1000m with seas.

1) Why is it doing this?
2) Is there any way to stop it?

Could you post the map?

What were the steps you took to make the map? (Did you start with a randomly generated map from a game start or quick game start or did you start with a blank map and used the map generator?)

I started with a blank map and worked "by hand"; how would I go about posting the map? The site doesn't want to accept a .mp file...

I recalled reading somewhere that if you start with a blank map, it leads to problems. Try following the procedure of the first part of Googlie's article on the Scenario Editor

For future reference, zip the file and post the zipped file.
