yes it will open up more, however no amount of sdk opening by firaxis will get this mod done. There really isn't the demand for it. I am just pursuing it when I have time as a hobby...

What do you mean about there being no demand?
There is no finished product, there is plenty of demand.
I would help except I can't program at all...which code should I learn and what should I get to learn it. I am however decent at writing and my training is in science so if you need any help along those lines let me know. I WANT this very very much, as AC still has the best plot, and feel of ANY strategy rt or turn based that I have seen.
I can also test stuff I have experience with testing BTS now.
