So, I was playing with the scenario editor and I found the random starting location button and decided to make some scenarios out of it. 
These are original SMAC scenarios. It would be interesting to do in SMAX too. This presents a unique challenge. Can you govern a faction which is scattered across planet?
All factions start with:
4 colony pods (3 pods are randomly placed)
2 formers
2 unity rovers (1 rover is randomly placed)
2 unity foils
