Building "Recreation Commons" causes 1.4m per turn increase in gold.

...while this could be nice in the long time, I'm not sure if its supposed to be that way.....

Thanks Talisan, I didn't see the cause int he files. It should increase happiness by 2 and decrease war weariness by 25%.

I will investigate further.. Please keep the notes flowing!
