Hey guys I know I am jumping the gun by a long way, but playing with the xml has given me some nice ideas which could be implemented in hybrid.

civ4civilizationsinfos.xml
Minor civilizations === Existing alien settlements when humans land on planet. Reverse alien crossfire..
