[C4:SMAC] SDK Ready Mod 0.02 Faction Names and Cities

Hi All
Here is the update on the SDK READY Mod. Have done the factions cities and Names plus used the texture (Rubins or Wgabrie's... I think, please let me know)
I have attached two pictures so you can review!

It won't let me attach the files so am going to strip out not used files and try upload again.

There's also a tech-tree we could integrate here.

I removed the tech tree since the last one as it wasn't completed. If anyone wants to complete the tech tree would be happy to integrate it

I am pretty much done with creating the new one. Instead of modifiying existing one. I have built a php program using mysql that can generate the tech trees that weay if we need to make any changes its really easy. I just need artwork and icons for the technology tree. Any want to help?

OK Just completed the tree:

I used Civ4 icons etc. Anyone want to help out with some proper icons let me know....
