Allow higher level Support-rating bonuses?

Is it possible to allow higher Support rating effects/bonuses (more than: "+3 Support = support 4 units OR up to base size free")

Its possible to reach a higher rating (than the +3 top Support rating shown in the manual) if using the 'Believers', but having a rating above +3 does no extra good..

If higher bonuses could be allowed it could make the Believers faction more interesting, like:

+4 = "Support 6 units OR up to base size +1 free"
+5 = "Support 8 units OR up to base size +2 free"
etc..

Other Social Factors bonuses do go up to +4 or +5.. are these things hardcoded or can any additions or edits be made to the levels and effects?

I believe they're hardcoded, you'll need to wait cIV to come out - then you can mod 99% of it.

Unfortunately, AFAIK, every single SE value is hard-coded, just like the effects of buildings and SPs (apart from maintenance), special abilities, noncombat packages, council proposals, and some other things.
