  • Helicopter Landings

    I was wondering if it were possible to make a special ability for helicopters to not take damage from emergency landings (e.g. autorotation). If so, how, thanks.

      I don't see any way to do that. 'Copter behavior is hard-coded.

        I think it can be avoided by giving them a airturn time like Noodles have... but you lose the multiple attacks/turn possibility then I think... should test this again to be sure, my memory is not that anymore.

          That's correct. You can turn them into needlejets if you choose. Might not be a bad idea if you don't like multiple attack ability.

            Well, mainly I want to make it so on landings they don't gain damage on open ground, basically open ground. It really doesn't make sense that they just don't land before their fuel it out. On ocean squares, that is a different story.

              You have an interesting point...

              Landing on anything with a road on it (not mag tube I guess), or that is "flat" terrain would make sense... Not on forests though
