First of all I am planning on making a new CivEmpire,(I even got a domain registered for it) but right now I'm invested in making College Community Online a popular site. So in order to increase CCOnline's popularity as well as satisfying Civ desires. I am making a College Community gaming zone. One of the games that will have a section there is SMAC, and I'm moving all of my civempire smac stuff to the CCOnline SMAC page, including the base icons page, that will hopefully be expanded a great deal now that there are so many new custom factions out now.
In addition I'm planning a new mod. (I might call it SMAC3 modpack, I don't know yet) But it will have new factions(some of which will be recycled from my previous SMAC 2 modpack). I'm hoping to make this mod, not just a carbon copy of regular SMAC with new factions, I hope to include new gamepaly changes as well. One user suggested elsewhere on the board, changing the default SE choices to new SE choices!
