    It seems easy enuff to add new techs but next to impossible to have the tech actually DO something, for example I want to add Agricultural Nanorobotics to comlement Industrial Nanorobotics as I feel that even with all the available bonuses terraforming is still SLOW. How can I implement this? If I made a SP how can I set it's effects?
    Also does anyone know how to make a SP movie? (not that i can see the damn things)

    It is easy enough to add a new tech. Just replace one of the existing techs, preferrably a "dead" or disabled tech like User Technology number whatever. Then, just add the new tech's short name to the prerequisites of whatever special ability, building, or what have you you want it to prereq. To my knowledge there is no way to actually _add_ new buildings or SPs that actually _do_ anything. There are two special abilities which are disabled-Heavy Transport and Slow Unit-which can be enabled, but I do not believe they are exactly what you are looking for.

      No, you're right- not exactly what I'm looking for, but thanx anyways!
