New Faction: Need Critique

Since I'll be getting SMACX for mac in a few days, I made up this faction to make on the faction editor.

+1 Industry (Quite productive)
+1 Research (Collectors of facts)
+1 Planet (Cares about Ecology)
-1 Morale (Pacifist Tendancies)
-1 Efficency (Democracy that makes the Peacekeepers seem facist by Comparison)

So, hows this faction?

*This is the same last name as my great grandmother.

Also I'll check the .txt file after I use the editor

They're a little overpowered. And you should put more pehasis (+2 or -2) on at least one parameter.

SMACX adds a lot of new params, so I think you should check them as well.
