Need help/comments on new faction - the Poles :)

I've been thinking abput this lately. Here are the possible modifiers that I've come up so far:

+1/+2 Morale (fight like hell)
+1 Research (a little bit of alcohol does wonders for you thinking)
+1/+2 Probe (strong sense of national alligment)

-1 Police (anyone who had seen two Poles talking about politics/sports/and other subject knows why this is correct)
-1 Efficiency or -1 Economy (increased waste due to prvate pursues)

Now I'm looking for making a good mix from about 2/3 elements mentioned above. Any suggestions on that (new modifiers also welcom ?

Not bad. Apart from occasional protests here in Warsaw (however, everything was quiet for the last 2 months), poor law enfocement, and still budding economy, it's bearable.

"bearable" = "beer is still good"
