How's this faction

I've had this made-up faction in my head ever since i got SMAC. If you go to the fiction forum and read, "The Ordinary People", you'll know what i'm talking about.

The Ordinary People

+1 Planet (Cares about Ecology)
+1 Research (Collectors of Facts)
-1 Morale (Pacifist Tendancies)
+1 Industry (Quite productive)
-1 Efficency (Democracy that makes the Peacekeepers seem facist by Comparison)

It seems slightly strong... both the reserach and industry help it a lot.

It's about on par with the SMACX factions, I would say.

I think the -1 morale is pretty insignificant... give them a -2 morale and I think it's pretty well balanced.
