New Simpson's faction idea
While i was listening to my teacher read to us in Lit class today, an udae sprang forth from my head its a generic faction very similar to Morgan but without the population restrictions.

Leader: Charles Montgomery Burns
Background: Nuclear plant owner, tyrant

Free tech: Industrial base, Doctrine: Loyalty

May not use green Economics
That will do for starters, but i need help, ACEdit wont be out 4 mac i suppose so i need input for how to edit faction.txt and so forth. But basicly it is hybrid of Morgan Industries and the Human Hive. So how do i do This?
