Anyhow know how to Turn off Atrocity?
Welp, started playing again after the new patch for SMACX. Anyone know how to turn off atrocity? Playing one-city games and really hate having to evaculate a city that invades my territory instead of killing the populous

In alpha.txt, change the last variable in the #RULES section to 0. That should it.
