Scenerio City Editing

I've asked this question before, but the answer i got back was, well, wrong.

I need to know how to create space pods in the scenerio editor. One suggestion (the only one) was to use that handy dandy little button below the city "contents" box. Well, that option allows me to enter in the geosyncrous pod thingee, but I am not able to enter in any other space pods, such as an orbital defense or what have you.

I'm sure someone else has come across this and figured it out, but I cant find anything anywhere.

Just set them up to be built, switch to normal mode, play so that they're built, switch back, and edit the game year, energy reserves and nutrient number. Only way I know, but gets the job done.

Yeah. I think that's the only way you can do it.

You can build a bunch of colony pods, build cities out of them, set them to build satalites, and edit their minerals to like 1000. They'll finish it in one turn. Repeat until you have enough satalites, then delete the cities.
