  • World War Two Mod - Need some Help

    Hi folks!

    I have begun work on a WW2 Mod for AC, and its on its way to becoming pretty good, I think. Almost all the 2D graphics has changed and so has the text. However, I have not found a way to change the 3D Models. Has anyone?

    I have heard that it's possible to make additional 2D units. How does that work?

    Thanks for any help!

    I only have the very first version of AC, so only 7 factions.

    Here's what I've got so far:
    University => Germany
    Spartans => Neutrals
    Gaians => France
    Morgan => Great Britain
    Hive => USSR
    Peace => USA
    Believe => Japan

    Questions? Comments?

      I don't know a damn of mods but you're overlooking Italy and that's bad.
      Rename Germany in The Axis or expect a...
      Vendetta upon you, German traitor!

      P.S.
      I played a 3v3 multiplayer team game Italians vs Germans and of course Germany lost.
      Now we're playing the rematch but I think Germans are hapless... .

      Fistandantilus (sorry for the OT)

        Hahahaha!! Spartans are NEUTRAL! You have got to be kidding me!

          Let's make that again. What about the Spartans being Germany and the UoP being Neutral?

            I thought you might mention Spartans and Neutrals.... the idea is that while Germany did have a large army, they also distinguished themselves by coming from a technologically inferior position in 1939 to a vastly superior position in 1945 (from 20mm tank guns to 128mm, from me-109 fighters with machine guns to me-262 jets with 30mm cannon, missiles, ATGMs, Infra-red devices etc etc).

            I chose the Neutrals for the Spartans because, say we take a map of the world, every city will be a seperate country. It is vital that every 'city' has a sizeable garrison, that can stand up to an attack.
