Linking in text files

When I was rewriting the help.txt to have more detailed weapon write up I found out this. To link to a tech all you have to do is go:
$LINK(Name of Tech=1400xxx) where x=the tech number i.e; Biogenetics would be 140000. (1400+00=140000) Fairly pointless I know but hey!

1400xxx has seven digits, but 140000 has only six. That extra x in there was a typo, right?
