    I get these responses:

    $ ver
    bash: ver: command not found

    $ echo %os%
    %os%

    I hope that helps.

      Zoetrope: Still haven't had a chance to do a Linux version of ModMan, I'm afraid.

        Hi. I have no experience with DOS et al. I downloaded MOdMan to use with SMAniac's mod. I am having a little trouble getting past the Mod Window.

        I filled in the title, author & version OK. How do I mark the other boxes? ie for expansion mod et al? I can move the cursor onto them OK but how do I actually mark them? And what goes in there? Y? Yes? X?

        Yours in confusion,

        Hobbes

              H0bbes, Spacebar toggles them.

              Not sure how well ModMan's working as a whole, I think I need to fix it.

              Temporary workaround: launch run.bat under WinXP and it might work better.

                    I've tried running this on Vista ... it gives me some error because I have a 64-bit OS.

                    *sigh* I hate new operating systems.
                    Arise ye starvelings from your slumbers; arise ye prisoners of want
                    The reason for revolt now thunders; and at last ends the age of "can't"
                    Away with all your superstitions -servile masses, arise, arise!
                    We'll change forthwith the old conditions And spurn the dust to win the prize
