I start to think about to do it long time ago. I have an idea, but mayby you can help me to finish it.
My program will open a window, with a notebook component on it. You can switch to different parts of the txt files and modify the values. In the end you can save or cancel. The system will produce a backup file, if you do some wrong modify by mistake.
How it sounds?

What's your development enviroment? I use Delphi 4.0 Professional. :-) I already develo a little program which dig out the technology tree from the alpha.txt even if somebody changed it. I realy interested your work.

I already sent my program to MarkG, so it seems sooner or later you can see on the files page. :-) Anyway I am quite busy now (probably for a few days), and after I want to develop something for the SMAC scenario makers.
