A late-game scenario & Earth map

I just finished this scenario today. It takes place post-fusion power, when all of the factions have a bunch of size 14 bases. I think this should be a fun lesson in playing a builder against actually threatening AI or playing a momentum/hybrid against AI factions that will run away from you unless you act quickly.

It looks like that previous file won't work for some reason. Here's a sav file of the first turn as Santiago. If you want to play another faction, just open up the scenario editor, save it as a scenario, and open it up as a scenario.
