We will just convene the planetary council (U.N.) and vote to launch a solar shade... Oh wait, this isn't a video game. The countries that can afford it will likely end up building up their shorelines if it is possible to do. In the cases of a city like New York, where building up the shorelines would be difficult due to all the buildings and such they will probably put in a system of dikes and levies. Hopefully better than the ones that were used in New Orleans prior to Katrina. Unfortunately the poorer countries will be screwed unless they get support from other nations worldwide.I got scolded in Bold letters by Iluminatus.
