Base limit based on efficiency
Is there a list/chart anywhere that shows the base limit you can have before you suffer the extra drone activity in your bases?
I did a search on this forum for one with no luck. I was thinking of making one myself but if anyone knows if there is already one in existence I will save myself some valuable time and just use that as a reference.
I played a game yesterday with the Gaians, my efficiency was 7 and it allowed me to have 49 bases before I got the warning message. Today I started a game with the pirates with their base -1 efficiency it only allowed me to have 9. Both games were on transcend, it's been so long since I played anything easier I don't even know if the difficulty makes a difference.
