+75% Elite??!!

Just had this combat vs the Caretakers. am playing SMACX v2.0 with no mods under transcend diff (as if that makes any difference).
I have a SE MORALE of -2 and the attack is occuring from a base square with a children's creche.

Can anyone explain why my X-Impact speeder has a +75% elite bonus?

In addition to the normal + 50% elite bonus, there is an additional + 25% battle bonus under - 2 SE Morale.

This is a bug.
