I want to read all the texts/quotes from SMACX

I love SMACX.

Is there some user friendly file where I can read all the things like the names of their books, e.g. "Ethics for Tomorrow", their quotations... "It is every citizens final duty to go into the tanks" and so on?

In your SMAC folder there are text files:

BLURBS.TXT contains many of the quotations.

Along with "blurbs.txt" and "blurbsx.txt", there are "interlude.txt", "interludex.txt", "techlongs.txt", and "techshorts.txt".
These have all the quotes for the techs, facilities, etc.

blurbsx.txt has all the character quotes for technologies, projects, and facilities in Alien Crossfire, and by default Alpha Centauri. Foreman Domai does String Resonance and Cloudbase Academy. The word "feet" does not occur anywhere in blurbsx.txt.

techlongs.txt has the scientific background of each tech. These are not character quotes.

techshorts.txt has the one-liner notes for each tech.
