The easy source is e-Bay, although I’ve heard that SMAX can be rather pricey. There was a thread a few months ago on this very topic. AC and SMAX are old enough now that they may be pretty rare on store shelves, although there was a ‘Laptop Collection’ from a few years back that had both AC and SMAX (it included a few oddballs like Golf and Red Alert – strange grouping with AC/SMAX, eh?). Other folks may have other suggestions.

What is bittorrent? One of those sites that pirates software and allows unscrupulous folks to steal...er, download...it for free? Not that I have an opinion...
Anyway, there are some of the AC:SMAX software search threads from the recent past. Perhaps these will help.

Actually, bittorrent is a handy program that allows for people to share files over the internet. As it takes advantage of every user's upload, it is a very good way to distribute stuff that would otherwise take ages for each user to download.
It is, of course, used by people to download and share copyrighted material, but it's kind of silly since anyone who wants something you have could find out your IP, and with that you could get sued by the copyright holder...Indifference is Bliss
