Help! Monuments does not shows!

I just reinstalled the game, and it does not displays the Mounument screen (F9)! I tried to delete and reinstall, no avail. I got a Nvidia GEFORCE MX4000 (lousy). Thanks!

You turned them on in the options menu, right?
