    Narrator ( I think)

An abbreviation used for people that set up games and sometimes act as referree if ever needed and in some cases as a narrator when people are roleplaying and want a god figure

There is a number and it does get punched into the ecodamage formul;a but I don't recall what the number is . I know that a nuking seemed way way worse than a gassing.

But get the charter repealed and PLanet doesn't care

Each Planet Buster decreases the clean mineral limit by 5. See

Haven't tested it myself, but Ned, Blake and Fitz spent several months working this out in great detail. The link in my prior post summarizes their findings.

The ecodamge formula first counts how many improvements there are in the base radius...improvements in squares that are being worked count twice...condensors and echelon mirrors I think count as like 3 or 4 improvements, and boreholes 5 or 6...once this number is known, it is fit into a formula that includes difficulty level, number of techs, number of past fungal pops created by this base, and the number of major atrocities...nerve gas doesn't affect anyones eco-damage directly, I don't think, rather, increases the chance of global warming in the global warming equation or formula or algorithm or whatever it is...
