  • Grrrr....error message

    Greetings!

Getting an annoying error message about error in terran.icx or somesuch bull****. I am running win 2K but have reconfigured the .ini to get the game to run. Only seems to happen late in the game when things are getting complex. Sometimes I can work around it if I can catch the "unit" that precedes it and either end the turn or do something else. Does it have anything to do with goto orders?

And on another note....how do I do a PBEM?

This sounds moer like a memory issue than an operating system issue. I am running win2k, am fully patched, and on occasion have terranx crashes. Happens primarily if I've been playing all evening (like 5 hours) towards the end of a game.

Look up Dreifels. He's got a website where he's done a screenshot of every step for playing a PBEM turn. FYI.

...except for the refrence to the .icd file, which suggests a problem with the cdchecking. Try nocd patching it.
