I try to start the game, the loading image comes up it switches to black and a small box pops up with the words: your cpu is not supported. You may attempt to play it anyway; however chrashes are possible!
Help. what am i to do?
Open the directory where you installed the game. Open the Alpha Centauri.ini file and find this line:
[PREFERENCES]
ForceOldVoxelAlgorithm=0
Edit the line to look like:
ForceOldVoxelAlgorithm=1
Save and retry starting the game.
