  • Hey people (veterans especially)

    Hey all!

Who remembers a thread in which there was a discussion about roads - are they needed or better not?

    Any memories?
    Just post, please!

    Thanks,
    Bintravkin

I remember it, and I remember Last_Evolution's posts in it. Why?

      Last Evolution?

He was that who initiated that discussion?

      Tell me more!

Why? Need to know who was that guy!

Is that the thread whose subject was something like "Hate Roads-- What are They Good For"?

That thread introduced us to the never-to-be-forgotten Blockhead. He didn't start the thread, but insisted that roads were useless. Also had a certain flair for insulting people.

Petek, he didn't start the thread because he had DL (double login) and the other login name created the thread.

Could you give me a link to that thread, please?

Or at least direct me in my search.

                Why... I hate roads too..
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Man, let's not start this again.
Most veteran players are confident that roads are very useful.
If you don't agree, that doesn't change anything as they keep being elite Smacers and sometimes will win you just because you didn't use roads.

Also if you want to argue with me then you'd better look around you - why has humanity developed so many roads and types of road?
Do you think just for fun?

                            And you still ask?

They become outraged every time they see a magtube and if (god save) a pactmate starts building them, they would declare Vendetta on him till all magtube squares (and possibly all formers who could build them and also possibly all bases who could build formers) are eliminated..
