    Hmmm...

    #BLURB
Those who join us need give up only half of their humanity--the illogical,
ill-tempered, and disordered half, commonly thought of as 'right-brain'
functioning. In exchange, the 'left-brain' capacities are increased to undreamed
potential. The tendency of Biologicals to cling instead to their individual
personalities can only be attributed to archaic evolutionary tendencies.

I'd be Yang, almost exactly. That guy is amazing, I would love to have someone like that actually exist.

He can make a country strong.

        I play a modified University.

+2 Research: Society devoted to learning and experimentation.
-2 Probe: Belief in free flow of information allows easier infiltration
+2 Support: Engineers are skilled at keeping equipment operational in remote, harsh conditions.
        -1 Morale: Pacifistic citizens.

I got rid of the free Network Node because I didn't like all that free equipment springing from nowhere. I got rid of the extra drones because I'm not as unethical as Zakharov.

          offensive post ahead:

          Drunken Irsishmen.

          quote: go **** yourself!

+2 morale: alcohol causes troops to be very full of themselves
-2 research: too much time drinking
-2 economy: too much money on booze
-2 efficiency: you know the reason.

+1 drone for every 1 citizen.

Every citizen a drone? No it should be more like five less drones at every base because alcohol makes citizens content.

              Revised:

+1 morale (fanaticism-like drunkeness, but the ragtag like organisation reduces this a bit)

+2 Econ (being drunkards, your citizens PAY YOU extra to supply them with booze)

+2 probe (booze makes one nationalistic, semi-brainwashed and etc. etc. etc. )

-3 police (drunk people detest police more, don't like control, are more violent, etc.)

              -1 growth (non-conducive family environment)

-2 research (drunk = bad for research, especially in ADVANCED MILITARY ALGORITHMS)

-2 Effiency (productivity when drunk is lowered)

              FANATIC. Yes. +25% to attack

Receives one less drone for every five citizens, if a talent however exists in that same five citizens, it is removed unless enough Pysch can recover it again.

PENALTY, Thought Control (extra mineral support needed to maintain the level of control OVER the drunken state)

              IMPUNITY, Eudaimonic

ROBUST, MORALE .(I wonder if this cancels the penalty for Eudaimonic entirely)

May not use Cybernetic society. (Hard to keep up the spirit of drunkenness in a "rational state")

FREE Recreation Commons at every base (aka Pub )

Receives +1 energy in FUNGUS squares. (They know how to make xenorum, and it benefits the economy too!)

              Tech: Social Psych

drunk (thus ignorant on the side), but happy

Not a very bad faction either. I'd say better than Miriam, and combined with a bit of Morgan.

Arise ye starvelings from your slumbers; arise ye prisoners of want
The reason for revolt now thunders; and at last ends the age of "can't"
Away with all your superstitions -servile masses, arise, arise!

I'd change that to +1 growth. Beer goggles make more women attractive.

I never think of drones as unhappy citizens like in civ2/civ3. but as uproductive citizens. You know the trailor park trash that has no job, and you see on the TV show cops with his shirt off. Or in the case of women, turning tricks as a prostitute.

Drones are productive whether they are happy or not, because they are FORCED to work. Drones can be productive and an intellectual too...and raise revolutions, but they dissent. Citizens will have to work whether you want them to.....the moment you lack the force or support to carry out such (such as drones outnumbering talents...overwhelming police, etc.) they revolt. Riot.

Genejacks are also productive, yet they are drones.

You could of could, nerve staple them, and then the drones are much more compliant. But intellectualism suffers.

Otherwise nerve stapling wouldn't make them all productive, wouldn't it.

Of course, you could do things like wage increases and government subsidies (Psych)...healthcare (doctors), and proper housing like moving into a colony pod for a while to relocate. Having distractions like hologram theatres. They don't make one productive either... in fact they require energy (money) in upkeep to make up for this lost productivity.
