I understand from previous posts that when you probe a city with the Incite Drone Riot option it adds a -2 (representing a single drone) to the city psych counter. Anyone know if multiple occurrences are cumulative? Can you make a city riot even with plenty of drone quelling facilities or just those already on the edge? Is this practical, or are we talking about dozens of probes to get a riot?

Yeah, you can stack probes. Only works down to -2 psych per citizen IIRC, hence Zak is immune to extra drones past base size 4.

Sure there's a point: Use the sabotage virus to destroy sufficient drone control, then incite rioting. Note that military units in rioting bases are at penalties to defense, and rioting bases are cheaper to subvert.Comment

Yeah, If you can capture the base, it's all moot, but often playing a free marketeer I can't stage a proper invasion as easily as protracted probe operations.Comment
