I decided it is time to pick up SMAX, since I haven't played it yet. To my Joy, Amazon is selling the laptop Collection for $14.99. What a Fakkin' Deal! Screw those other games, it's all about AC baby. Funny how all these brand new games are coming out and the only one I'm excited about is 5 years old

I purchased two extra copies of SMAC a few years ago and the Laptop collection when it came out. The original CDs will eventually wear out, and I had a laptop 'eat' my original SMAX CD (grinding, clattering sounds from a CD drive are not good).

So get them while you can. Old games like SMAC will eventually fade away except for die-hard fans, and then you will be at the mercy of Ebay.
