Well, I just had to try the multiple airdrop. Doesn't work with a drop transport type unit (I've wanted to experiment with that for a while, too). They always get their movement used up when the drop. Otherwise land units work just fine.

I also had to try the disband all and respawn with a former trick. Cool, except for some reason I didn't get rovers, transport foils, and one or two other basic unit types show up when I got the tech. All units added to the list (appearing after Unity Foil) did show up as scheduled.

Save&reload, the classical way of cheating. Works in just about every game, even if the game preserves random number generator seed. Yes, you can fool the RNG by doing some action in the game which requires random numbers so that the result of your next action (which is why you are reloading) is changed.

You can apply save&reload to this ridiculous exploit:
      - save game
      - press ctrl+k to activate scenario editor
      - now you can see the whole map
      - reload so that you don't get "Cheated!" text in your score screen.

Kind of hard to do in MP, though.

Save & reload isn't an exploit, it is more a style of play

I guess you could play like that. Sort of takes the fun out of the game, though.

Hey, doesn't nearly every one of these exploits ruin any possible fun in the game?

At the end of a game, I'd like to say that the victory required as much skill as possible, while I still 0wn3d the competition.
Hrm, so different levels of exploits for different people.

Which is why someone suggested playing with automated everything.

I've got whacked when I tried that...

But everything was automated, even productions from bases under siege.

How do you do multiple airdrops? Sounds interesting.

My favorite exploit is posting on Apolyton while at work and getting paid for it.

It's not like your work requires you to do anything productive...

Perhaps they should make it so that you can't turn off the game until you win (or lose). It would kind of force you to take whatever you get...

Yeah, and they should install plenty of adware.
