Nah, more like I was bored and found out that using my camera to find some good pics would do it. Same evening, I tried some other kind of images too, like overview of the other end of the channel I was standing by. Unfortunately it was too dark, so the blitz didn't help much. Few good pics that evening I'm afraid.

Here's another pic from that evening. We had this little gathering, and some made a cross out of candles. The blitz destroyed the picture of course, so I tried without, with mixed results.
