Yeah. There are. I've been sorting crap out for a while. If I get a job (briefly) then it might have to wait until October, otherwise I'll try and make some time (tentatively) next week.

True. Except possibly Haiti. I'll add Argentina to my list then. Looks like I'll have to do the whole of South America at some point.

(oh, and I'd edit the marquee out before Markos or Ming comes along and does it for you )

Yeah, I've spent everything I earned this year and more, if you include the PC I still have to buy. Still, it was well worth it, and even going into uni with (almost) no money is no worse than many other people - and I got a whole lot more experience from it, both working and travelling.

Geo: A year between high school and university is called a gap year in the UK. A gap in studies. Often used to work and earn money, or travel, or some other project.

    Nice pics IW

I know you worked the whole gap year, but 2 months in NZ and the time in Madagascar must have cost a packet! Looks impressive though

Not that I'm at all jealous, having gone out so much that I still have a small debt left after my gap year

Yep. I had two months, so I had time to see everything I wanted to.

Barinthus, the reason there are no kiwi pictures, is mostly because they're nocturnal, and partly because taking pictures of any wildlife is a hit-and-miss affair, and so none of them made it into the top 90 pictures there. (I have another 400 or so I didn't upload!)
