Yeah the alteratives available aren't considered good for your teeth's enamels. Such as bleaching and so on. Basically you're stuck with what you have and what you can do is to try to prevent it from worsening by brushing your teeth twice a day, after eating sweets, quit any smoking habits, and I've heard that tea will stain your teeth. Ah well I am not going to give up my daily green tea in the morning.

I was originally undecided between the two. I suddenly realised that she looked too young to be Gloria Estefan. And, I mean, Gloria Estefan is in formaldehyde already. No one would bother making ads featuring her anyway.
