Working from home today, I looked up from the computer and found these three nibbling on the azaleas. Our house backs onto a state park, so we get all kinds of critters nosing around, including one visit from a black bear.

I always look the same on pics, same silly look... Pic taken on New Years Eve.

One must ask where you put your right hand to get that facial expression out of her. But then you knew someone would make such a comment, so I will not be the one to ask.

She always makes some funny expression on pictures... My hand was only behind her chair, nothing to worry about.

And polite. That could have been an embarassing situation for Nikolai having to explain to a non-believeing crowd where his hand was or was not, which thanks to Dauphin's generous spirit we have avoided.
