    Huh, I thought that was the 2000 election...

    So what exactly were the fruits of this great engineering feat- perhaps that the "southeast quarter of the metropolitan area where a century of urbanization and industrialization has produced a toxic landscape with some of the highest cancer rates in the country (Zimmerman, 2001 after Harvey, 1997)" does not have the highest rate, or that it does not encompass the entire city?
