It has, according to Mark some years back, not applied to this thread.

Of course this was also intended to be a strictly "Picture Thread" with minimal postings otherwise.

I would chance to say if someone were allowed to clean the clutter up (- the obvious reference to a pictiure or legitimate question about the picture, we would lose easily 1/3 maybe even 1/2 of the posts.
