The smilie list isn't organized enough

It takes to long to find a smiley I want. I think dividing the "generic smilies" category into more categories would be helpful.

Happy:
Sad:
Angry:
civ:
etc, etc.

I would be willing to tackle the job if I was provided access. I have a bunch with white halos that look terrible in the black background theme fixed that I'd like to swap in, too. No adding any of my own creations w/o permission, and no great plans to ask.

Boss? At the last vBulletin site I did this stuff, they really liked my cleanup of smilietown...
