Oh, I've always hard deleted. I hate soft delete clutter. But yea, I'd hate for there to be some server hiccup from it. I'll hold off till we get an answer.

I always hard delete. And if I see soft deletes from other people... I HARD DELETE THOSE AS WELL.

Every once in a while, I'm not sure, so I so soft delete, but I can't remember the last time I wasn't sure

I just caught one engaged in something criminal in Civ4 & Civ 5... I wish I could have banned it ten times.

I had an interesting case when I came on today. http://apolyton.net/showthread.php/2...67#post6317967 Probably qualifies as commercial spam, but game spam in Other Games, if the link checks out.

Problem is, the user had first polluted -mostly Gal Civ- with 22 posts of "I totally agree with u", some of it double posts, and one "nice" first, clearly to get PC up to link-posting level. I deleted the garbage, but erred on the side of mercy about banning and left the post linked above that might prove worthwhile. -But somebody ought to check the link, and I'm not gonna.

I had checked the link by searching google play for the game and then comparing the mouse-over url. But I didn't actually click the link. I was wondering how a one post user had managed to post a link, I should've known

This joker came back and did it again for another game. Again, I deleted the garbage the hard way and left the game ad thread in Other Games - but life is too short, and the spammer is gone, now.
