Is there a way to make it user selectable?

I think so, but well, my priorities are rather at Civ5 content and content restoration. So maybe you can already find something on this forum, which I have just to install.

As an alternative, I am also looking for something that would bar people from seeing your posts if they are on a list. Sort of ignore in reverse.

Appears that it was looked into in the past, but nothing has come of it.
