Yes country flags are, well not all of them, since the animated set does not contain Abu Dhabi, but who cares about Abu Dhabi if you have to choose between a set of old ugly flags and those cool animated ones.

Can you guys make it so we can change our flag to the state we live in? I frankly prefer the Virginia flag to the American one, since it has both murder and nudity

Alternatively you could try to bother those guys who made the flags. Start here. I went a little bit and it seems that the poster of this collection isn't the author of the flags, but if you really want a Virginia flag then I am sure you will go through it. Maybe there is already one.
