PolyCast Classic: 'The First Season' The first episode of PolyCast (PC) was released on October 20, 2006. Three years later, this bi-weekly audio production has produced nearing eighty episodes and more than two dozen specials in an ongoing effort to give the Civilization community an interactive voice on game strategy. Among the most notable efforts that has remained in the show's vault since is its third and final pilot recorded the month prior to its public debut -- but no longer.

"The Gang's All Here" brought the show's four original co-hosts all together for the first time to discuss the Civ franchise: Daniel "DanQ" Quick, Wouter "Locutus" Snijders, Makahlua and Imran Siddiqui. Running for 49m24s, its post-production was completed shortly after its recording. In comparing with other productions that came after this, note that some of the formatting used was removed or revised during the course of the first season. As an added bonus, the 07m12s "Cut!" segment for this installment is also now available.

PC was nominated in the "Best Produced" and "Gaming" categories of the 2008 Podcast Awards.
