Are Stewart Spink and YYYH allowed back in now?

They did an invasion to another site. (that never happens anymore )
Mark and Dan thought it reflected poorly on poly so they were permabanned. (seems kind of tame by today's standards when you consider death threats and cyber stalking)
Stewie posted under a string of DLs changing frequently but it was very open who he was. YYYH did so more descretely.

Yes, you are correct that they were told to do it, but it would have been easy to ignore or step around. All it would have taken were slightly larger balls.

Yep! But also...

MarkG and YYYH got into real bad after it happened... nasty PM's were flying.
MarkG really had it in for YYYH after that. On the other hand, nobody really had a problem with Spinks. He used to work on the site, one of the original members, and most people liked him. It was much easier for him to create DL's and post because nobody really cared. YYYH was a different story. He had to be more under the radar because MarkG really didn't like him. His experience with MarkG also made him less interested in the site, and he finally just faded away.

Those aren't actually DLs. They're just name changes. You can go into the Name Change Log thread and find them.

semantics. no where in the name change log does it say stewart spinks, so they are all technically DLs of the banned login.
