If you are having issues logging in. It might help to use a different domain name for accessing the site. DNS changes take time to propagate over the internet, and some of our domains might be updated before others. While it should work to access the site from any of our domains regardless of if the DNS has updated or not, there may be login issues related to using a non-updated domain.

I miss the blue, is it possible to choose individually? Being a creature of habit, the green is just too...Apolyton is supposed to be blue.

There is a vB default style available in the control panel, which is sort of bluish, but it's not really adapted to our forums so will probably break your layout. For the time being, it's really best to use our offered style, we'll have some other color schemes up eventually.

EDIT: Never mind this, Gramphos says the default blue is only visible to admins.

Great work Gramphos for kicking this off.

The only big issue I've seen is that it's tricky to log in. I logged in when prompted in order to make this post, and it didn't work. I logged in again with the box on the top right of the forums and it didn't work.

In the end I managed to make it stick from the front page I think. Since I doubt many people use this you might want to take a look.

There are possibilities of issues with dns and cookies left from the old forum that interfere. Try using another another domain name if you have issues logging in.

The XHTML tag error is still occuring (in the Civ4 Multiplaying forum at least), and the Breadcrumb link is annoying. Clicking on the site name used to take you back to the start of the forums, not the main page.

It used to read something like:

That extra link gets confusing.

We are currently focused on ironing out any remaining bugs with the current style, and other forum integrations. We'll see about adding more styles/color schemes later.

Whoops -- corrected. You did have mod abilities on this forum, or its predecessor-in-name, at one time didn't you? (If I recall correctly?) If so, then that permission must have been inadvertantly inherited from an archived setting of when you were a moderator.

Yes DanQ..and for a majical moment thought 2008,2007 and 2006 were all just a bad dream, from accidnet to all the surgeries to bad attitude to fights with Admin/Staff, but alas, even the good memories have been erased from you, I did give you folks A singular good memory in my time in A/C Moderatorship?

Hitting SAVE when editing a post give error on page message but you can go to advanced and edit no problem, just sharing

Yup,
definitely the sig line needs to be reduced.

And generally, I liked the old design more since it was more reduced, with smaller line spacing. Thus I could get a much better overview of what was going on.

And: it was much easier to see which threads are new and to which threads I contributed. Now, I feel lost.
