I'm sure we're all for improving Apolyton. If you're serious in this suggestion (though I honestly don't see how you could be), then how would it be advantageous? How would the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? I wouldn't see it as being advantageous let alone getting into weighing advantages and disadvantages.

But I have to say, the History Forum was a gallant yet unsuccesssful effort, right decision to fold it back.

I think we do need a Sports Forum

and also a Tech forum, as whenever I on a rare occassion post at other sites, 110% of time due to a game concern i am playing, I like the idea of being able to go to a Tech forum and post a question and get an answer, same here

I think aside from traffic being off a bit, we do have a pretty decent breakup of the appropriate forums across the game we cover.

It would give the appearance of high traffic volume, which people like. I suppose you be more conservative and have 3 forums: Civ, Other Games (which includes all non-civ forums except the off-topic), and the off-topic. This would no doubt bring instant success.

I am open-minded, which is why I didn't lock this thread right away. I wanted to see how it would play out, notably giving EPW a little time to elaborate if he so wanted to.
